Netflix (NFLX) this morning said it will expand its streaming movie and TV service to Canada starting this fall. The launch will be the company’s first move outside the U.S., and its first streaming only service. The service will be initially available only in English, but with French language capability to be added over time.
Pricing of the service was not announced; the company said Canadians can sign up at Netlfix.ca to get an e-mail when service launches this fall.
NFLX is down $1.89, or 1.6%, to $116.50.
